Whether it’s coordinating our dump trucks or managing material flow between our yards, George plays a key role in keeping PAW’s operations running smoothly.
Tanner started his career at PAW Materials at the 54th Street Yard, where he was responsible for producing and managing our bin blocks. He quickly proved himself by streamlining production, maintaining consistent quality, and building strong working relationships with our concrete suppliers.
Because of his performance and ability to take ownership of a process, Tanner transitioned into a larger role where he now oversees bin block sales, monitors production, and manages the entire Roll Off Division. From coordinating daily routes to supporting customers and keeping operations moving efficiently, Tanner ensures everything stays on schedule.
His leadership, reliability, and understanding of both the yard and the field make him an essential part of PAW Materials’ continued growth.
Levi began his journey with PAW Materials at our 54 Odessa Recycling Yard, where he quickly stood out for his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to learn the recycling process from the ground up. As he mastered each part of the operation, it became clear he was ready for more responsibility—leading to his promotion as Yard Manager of our Crossroads location.
Today, Levi oversees all daily operations at the 52 yard. Whether he’s training new employees, maintaining safe work practices, coordinating material flow, or keeping equipment running at peak performance, Levi makes sure everything stays on track. His leadership ensures the yard remains efficient, compliant, and ready to support both our customers and our demo crews.
At PAW Materials, we value people who take ownership and lead by example—and Levi does exactly that every day.

Now serving as Environmental Health & Safety Director, Dylan oversees safety for both recycling yards, supports field demo crews, and manages OSHA and environmental compliance.
